OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has shipped. We allow 24 hours for you to cancel your order. We usually ship orders 2-3 business days after receiving full payment. Should we not be able to meet this timeline we will notify you. Once your order has arrived please inspect carefully for any shipping damage and fill out the form below within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we do not hear from you within this time period we will assume all is great! and thank you once again for your order! Please complete the shipping damage form below. Once your completed damage form is received we will reply back to you requesting you email us pictures of the damage. Incomplete damage claim forms will not be processed. Pictures are necessary to prove to the carrier the damage. Your information below is only shared with the shipping carrier for this claim only.
